Who is Mariano Di Vaio?
Born in 1989, in the small and fascinating Assisi, Mariano Di Vaio leaves Italy at the age of eighteen to pursue his acting and modeling career. He spent one year in London, working as a model, and then traveled to New York City, to study acting at NYFA.
When he returned to Europe, he continued his professional career as a model, quickly obtaining magazine covers and collaborations with top international brands (i.e. Cavalli, Brunello Cucinelli, Gucci)
In March 2012, he opened his own blog, www.mdvstyle.com, a digital magazine dedicated to men’s passions: not just fashion, but also lifestyle, sports, travel, music and movies.
Mariano is currently amongst the top fashion influencers around the world with millions of followers across social media platforms.
I had the opportunity of having Mariano be part of our series "a day with..." He has always been a great supporter of Men's Fashion Post and did not hesitate to let us follow him as he started his day during the first days of Milan Fashion Week. He started his day with breakfast with friends.
As a top influencer, Mariano receives some great perks such as a chauffeur driven car provided by Maserati. After his breakfast, he decided to have an outfit change and relax on the roof top before he headed out to the shows. He made sure to sport his latest collection of sneakers that was launched during Pitti Uomo 88.
Arriving at Cotril Salon, he is greeting but a flock of photographer anxiously waiting to get the perfect street style shot. Mariano is famous for having amazing taste in fashion and is amongst the top photographed menswear influencers across the world.
He ended his day by enjoying some bubbly with friends.
