At the Line
For this style story I decided to team up with The Line Hotel located in Los Angeles' Koreatown and do a mini 'staycation' if you will. I wanted to do some serious museum exploration and some shopping without the disruption of L.A.'s notorious traffic. Therefore, I found that the Line Hotel was not only close to museums and shopping, but it also provided some esthetically pleasing environment to relax in. I put together three outfits that I found to be comfortable for all of the walking that was ahead of me. Check out how my weekend went and be sure to comment below.
Waking up to an amazing view is one of the many perks of staying at the Line. Another great thing is their awesome room service menu. To start my morning I grabbed some smoked salmon, fresh fruits, and a green juice.
The Line Hotel is located in Koreatown which is full of life and culture. However, my guilty pleasure took me to another very close place which was Rodeo Drive. On my way to do some shopping I stopped by LACMA to check out their latest exhibits.
Back at the hotel, I made a reservation at Commissary which is a restaurant located on the second floor. "COMMISSARY IS A GREENHOUSE SET BESIDE A SHIMMERING POOL. IT’S GOT ALL THE AMENITIES OF A PRIVATE CLUB BUT CREATED FOR THE PUBLIC. COME SUNBATHE IN CARROT JUICE, MACK ON A SALAD, OR GRAB SOME EGGS AND TOAST."
My stay ended by relaxing by the pool and taking in the few rays of sun L.A. had to offer that day. Nevertheless, it was a great way to end the fun 'staycation' and all I can say is that The Line Hotel is definitely amongst the coolest hotels in the L.A. area. If you are ever in the L.A. area be sure to stay at the Line and share your experience using hashtag #staycuriousplz.
